  • No more clowning around time to get my weight down !!!

    Hello this is the second time I am trying the lifestyle last time only got three weeks into it before I quit ( I was such a quitter). Well now I am back and already into my third week. I have lost 10 lbs and 2 inches from my waist and can see a big difference in my face already. i was a little disappointed cause the past week didnt lose any weight but found my problem and am fixing it as we speak. Looking forward to losing weight with all of ya'll, and I am sure I'll be asking plenty of questions too.

      Thank you and I have read that beofe my problem was eatting low carb tortilla's and the atkins bars, a nono on induction so back to start I go.

        Rather than "restart", just clean up the "mistakes" and keep moving forward.

            Glad to see you back -- you're right about the tortillas and the bars...both are not listed on the acceptable food list....
