    Hello!
    My name is Kelly and I just started the Atkins diet 5 days ago. I'm really glad to have found this board, it will be helpful to have the support and ideas from others!
    So far I am really enjoying atkins, it's been pretty easy to stick with.
    My starting weight was 275 and so far I've lost 4 pounds. My goal weight is 135, so I have a long ways to go. I'm just going to take it one pound at a time and enjoy my new life and new way of eating.

    Hi Kelly, I just joined too. On day 13 at the moment and lost 16lbs. Like you I have a lot to lose, so we'll both have to keep at it =O)
