    Hi yall, I just had a long post for here deleted by accident that was awesome lol....NOT. well basically what I was saying is that I was on Atkins before and lost alot of weight but then I went off it and guess what happened....you got it weight came back and about twenty more for good measure. I`m now commited to doing Atkins for life and never going off it. I`m sick of looking at the fat me and having people think Im fat or tell me you would look better if you just lost a few pounds. I was so thin when I was on Atkins that I felt like one of those people that is thin and always was if that makes sense. I need to lose this weight and with atkins I know I wll. I wish the mainstream people new more about the atkins approach instead of how the coporerations promote the garbage food they make that is killing people. They don`t want people to eat good food because they need to sell there cheap and easy high carb garbage food. I think it`s Important that I keep talking to people on here so it will keep me focused on losing. I hope to meet lost of friends on here and I hope I can support people in there weight lose success.

      Hi and welcome back to Atkins --

      Good for you getting back on plan! This is a great place to be and you'll find all the support you want or need. I hope you have the 2002 DANDR (Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution) book and have read it -- it's the edition we follow on this site. Exercise, take a non-iron vitamin and drink a minimum of 64 ounces of pure water. Check Linda's recipe site - it will help keep you from eating the same thing over and over --
