Hi people,
I'm new to this forum (found you on a random googlefest while i was learning more about atkins) and just wanted to say hi.
I'm on day 9 and so far lost 7lbs, so just another 48 or so to go lol.
Its going quite well i think although I have noticed a weakness in my muscles but i havent bought any supplements yet. Now i dont know Anything about multivits or other supplements, im a complete newbie on the subject, so my question to you guys is:
what multi-vits or other supplements are recommended/are you all taking?

I'm 35 and I was 199 lbs before starting Atkins.
My goal weight I would love to get back to 144 lbs which I havent been for almost 15 years
I hail from england and I've been a low-fat eater for years, although its never done me any good for my weight which has steadily creeped up year on year.
So i am really enjoying being allowed to eat mayonnaise and cheese again with the Atkins diet... although I am limiting my daily cheese intake
Looking forward to 2010 being the year i finally get thin(er)!
