  • Second Time I guess

Well I tried the diet about a month ago. Lost around 15 pounds. And I was pretty happy about it. Then I got lazy and Easter came around. So I stopped. And inturn gained all the weight back :nono.

So I figured if I do it I'll do it right this time. And get down to the weight I want to be at. And stay there. This time Im exercising more and being more strict. I've been on 5 days and lost 4 lbs.

Heard about this forum from a friend who said being here to ask questions would be very helpful. So here I am. :icondance

    Starting Weight - 209.4 lbs
Current Weight - 205.0 lbs (as of this morning)

Good luck & welcome back. I think we all have to keep in mind that high carb foods is what made most of the way we are today. I know it's my downfall.

Stick with it and you will do fine!!! Atkins does work!
