    Hey people,my name is tiffany,im obese.(well at least my size 22 jeans say it lol)i have always been told i have a pretty face and nice long hair and i do my makeup well.ok.i want a body to match that.im tired of being fat so guess what!i joined ATKINS!im on my 14th day and i have lost 13 pounds!im still amazed my family is starting to say it looks like i lost a few poundsso im here to make new freinds and really indulge myself in this atkins woe!i dont have to starve and im really creative in making all my low carb dishes im sorry for rambling but im soo soos sooooooo happy to be here .

          Welcome!!

          Make sure you drink enough pure water daily (64oz minimum), exercise and take a vitamin without iron daily. Sounds like you are off to a great start!! Check Linda's site for great recipes http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/menus.html.

                Hi Tiffany! Congrats on your weight loss so far! Even after just 13lbs isn't it amazing how it changes your attitude and inspires you?? My biggest weight loss was 25lbs over two years, and it was a struggle. I am brand new and this is just my 2nd day on Atkins. But everyone here seems great and stories like yours sound so familiar, which helps me see that I too can do it! Good luck and keep posting!!!
