So excited !! I started induction and have lost 8lbs on day 12 !!! My two weeks will be Monday...I bet I make 10lbs!! I want to stay in induction until 20lbs. Anyone try it longer that the 2 weeks and lose at a faster rate?

At a faster rate than what? How would you know how much you would have lost if you had moved up to OWL?

How much weight do you have to loose? I thought when I first started that I needed to stay in induction longer than the 2 weeks - but I didn't loose any more weight until I went to OWL Rung 1 and added 5 additional net carbs.Carole_____________________May Water 130oz daily

I need to lose 45lbs. This hasnt been a bad as I thought it might be!! The snack bars have helped a lot with sweet cravings and in between meals.
I guess when I said faster rate, I meant- did anyone stay on induction longer and continue a fast rateof weight loss after the initial two weeks...

If you were talking about the Atkins snack or meal bars, they arent allowed on the Induction phase. And look at the back, they have alot of carbs!! I too saw ads for these thinking they were great and legal for all phases, but thats just marketing trying to make money....Always read your labels! And come here for any advice. I am on Induction also. Good job on your weightloss thusfar, and to make sure you are still seeing results and learning this WOE, stick with the accepted food lists and you wont go wrong!!
