I've been low-carbing for a couple of weeks, as a matter of fact this Wednesday will start week 3. I'm not exactly following Atkins but am using the guidelines of the program to redesign my eating habits.
So hello. I'll probably be popping in occasionally for advice, so thanks in advance.
About me: I'm 32, have lived in upstate NY for the past year (although I grew up in Brooklyn and lived there for most of my life, and am looking to move back as soon as I can find work down there). I write and draw stuff, and bartend to pay the bills. I just got laid off though, because the bar I was working at was sold.
