Hi all!
Im starting today on induction. 10 years ago I lost 60 pounds and got in the best shape of my life following the WOL.
As the years passed, if I gained weight I went right back to induction and lost it.....but have gotten very lazy..and now I'm 6 pounds heavier then I was when i started this WOL 10 years ago.....so I have to get on track...Im turning 40 this summer AND will a first time grandmother in the same month.
I DO not want to be a fat frumpy forty year old grammy!!!!
I want to get healthy and STAY healthy!!!
I look forward to all hte support form this site! Especially when I get up at 2 am and eat cookies while half asleep!!!!!
