My name is Lorna and have been doing this way of eating for about 4 months on and off.
I would like to be more committed as I have lost about 30 pounds but have about 80 more to go.
I am allergic to wheat and gluten so this way of eating suits me perfectly, my only problems is I am a bit of an emotional eater.
I have not weighed myself in the last week as it will be my TOM in 6 days so will wait until that is over. In the meantime, I will log all my food onto fitday and post it soo.
p.s. I have read the book! (DANDR 2002)

Two... when I'm still in a munchie mood when I'm done exercising (which is extremely rare) I pull out the celery sticks, cucumber slices, bell pepper slices, and a jug of water. It's really hard to eat the bad stuff when you're stuffed with veggies.
