  • I want to run for miles in the sunshine!

    Hi everybody! I'm mel.
I look forward to talking with and learning from all of you- hopefully we can support one another on our endeavors here.
My post title pretty much sums up my reasons for changing my eating habits, thus my lifestyle. I'm an advocate of living your life to the fullest, and yet I've cheated myself out of doing so for years. I'm ready to be fit, strong, and just... physically capable. Doing that while eating bacon and eggs sounds like a good deal to me.
I'm on my fifth day of induction, though honestly I've just been eating the "free" foods and a couple of bowls of lettuce here and there, not really counting carbs. However, I can already feel the difference!

Take care and good luck y'all!

Induction means more than lettuce for veggies. And you should be eating most of your 20 carbs in veggies including but not only in lettuce. Try to keep a watch on the veg intake since it boosts your fiber and your nutrition. Glad you are doing so well so far.

It's not about the results. Its about the process.
