Just joined up here. I have been dieting it seems, most of my adult life. I do P90x on a regular basis, but I reached a stalemate in my weight. I am proud to say that I am now at 187 from a previous 235, but now I need something to get the extra weight off and get to a happy 175. So, I decided to do the atkins thing. I did it in the past, many years ago, and had great success with it then, I only wish I would have stuck with it.
But I guess hindsight doesn't help much.
So here I go, with a new adventure to get it off and keep it off.
