    Hello!

    Hi

Having done a very strict Atkins last year, I managed lose my baby weight going from 74 to 64 kg`s. I am back into it after a 6 mth break and feel the need for support this time. I did a google search for a forum and joined up immediately

I didn`t put a great amount of weight back on but felt uncomfortable. When I eat lots of bread, potatoes, pasta, rice etc I get terrible stomach ache and bloating and find the Atkins diet works well in avoiding this.

Anyway I`m 40, Mum to 3 girls, 18, 16 and 3 and live in Australia.

    Nice to meet you all

    Re: Hello!

Nice to meet you too. Glad you found us. We are aiming for support. One of the best places to get support may be in the journals forum if you want to start a journal.
So have you been tested for gluten intolerance?

The same thing happens to me. It's horrible, I don't know why I go back to eating it when I know how bad it will be.

      Good luck
