It is made with 5 eggs, 1 x tbls baking powder 2 x milled flaxeed, 1 x cup of olive oil, half cup water and 2 x tblsp Splenda.
If this is the recipe for the bread, then the ingredients are fine for Induction (some are limited). Does it make 14 servings/thin slices, since you wrote it last a week?
2 x milled flaxeed
2 x what?

Yes, I made the protein bread last Sunday 7 Feb 10 and only finished it the Sunday 14 Feb 10 that just past. I got out more then 14slices, cause I cut it very thin.
My general advice - stop relying on laxatives - start eating veggies - try to get in some exercise. Exercise can be somewhat short - it does not have to involve trips to the gym. It can be something you do at home. A short vigorous walk. Doing the stairs. Moving generally.

Before I started taking the laxatives I drank lots of water and took phyllenium husk 3x a day. I also do spinning once a week for 45min and walk up stairs and down stairs all the time. I eat a cup of salad leaves a day with a few olives and for dinner i have a cup of spinnage. Should I add more veggies and if i have to add what should i add?
Last time when I didn't take the laxatives it felt like my stomach was going to explode and I was very sick, I thought I would have to go to the hospital.
More veggies yes. You get fiber from it. Look at the list of allowed foods and start eating veggies. Just salad leaves is like nothing. The rule is that you need to have most of your net carbs coming from veggies. You are not even close to that. So that is an area to improve.
You have to move towards some healthy habits here. This is not about stuffing yourself with husks and laxatives - those are dangerous things when over used.

IMO people try to make induction too fancy. I know it's nice to have a big variety of food but keeping it basic for 2 weeks seems to be less confusing and no chance you are adding in things that will stall you.
Go to the induction food link and plan your menus from there. Try to keep things simple with 2 or 3 ingredients and see how you do in a week.
