    Hi everyone,
    I have been on Atkins for a week now. I was not as strict as I should have been as far as eating but I have still lost 4lbs. This next week will be better.
    I am an "older lady" but still feel young. My kids are all grown (four)and I have 9 beautiful grandkids.
    I want to walk on the Applachian Trail in a couple of months, so losing weight and becoming stronger is important.
