    hi everyone,

    I started to cut the choc, biscuits and bread out on the 25th Jan and have lost 9lbs to date.
    i work out at the gym now 3 times a week too, which is making me feel better, however hubby want to also lose some weight so we are going to jointly give the atkins a go from Monday morning.

    Takes a bit of sorting to start the diet as there is so much you can't have (no fruit -i eat tons of this) oh well wish us luck as i need to lose at least 2 inches form my waist to fit clothes again.

    Fruit isn't off limits forever!
