    Hello,

    I have ‘tried’ Atkins so many times before. I say try in the sense I started but never was 100%. I am really tired of being fat. Every little ache and pain has me worried I might keel over. It is horrible to feel this way.

    Many of the things I plan to do with my life require me to be fit. And anyway, being fit and healthy is what we are all meant to be. I will be 35 in a few days and I don’t want to look back on my next birthday all worried and upset about my weight. I want to look back and feel good about what I did. I would be happy just to feel good when I get up every morning!

    I am going to do this lifestyle right. I am following this WOE since I really don’t have a choice anymore. And I am willing to do it.

            Thanks everyone for the words.

            Well, I am re-starting on Feb. 20th. The past few days didn't come off to well. I have found my two weaknesses, cheese and soda. For now they are out.

            I want to live up to my screen name and Never Give Up!

                  Welcome to ADBB I missed your into on the 13th, but I found the important one , Happy Birthday virtual cake allowed only today

                  Hmmm, I love your nickname, but how to shorten it??? Never doesn't work, Give Up doesn't work.... This is a friendly group with a wealth of info, just remember that anyone that has been here awhile will give you the correct info, not necessarily the info you want to hear
