    Re: Introduction

I'm a little nervous about it myself. I have a job that requires me to be pretty active and alert. I'm hoping I can deal with the transition without it affecting my work.

      Re: Introduction

Welcome. There is nothing to be nervous about. Any induction related disconforts you may experience are very temporary (I promise!), usually a day or two around day 2 or 3. Just drink plenty of water, and have some legal snacks available and you will be fine. By day four or five you will feel great and have plenty of energy, and alertness.

      Best of luck.
      Jim

Welcome to ADBB Kim I agree with Jim, absolutely nothing to be nervous about. Make sure you've read the book, clean out your pantry, and stock your kitchen with 'legal' foods. In other words, Be Prepared and you'll do fine.
