      Why are you getting weak thinking about food? Are you eating enough? Need recipe ideas? Check Linda's site for great ideas for meals Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes - Daily Menus. Make sure you are eating enough everyday and getting enough vegetables.

        If you want food, eat it, if you are actually hungry. If you are having cravings for carby things maybe you are eating something that is causing them. Post a sample of what you eat in a day and maybe we can figure it out.

        No reason to be hungry on Atkins.
