I have been on Atkins for 3 weeks and have lost exactly 1 lb.!
I exercise 6 days a week and while I thought my carb count was safely below 20 I'm starting to think I was fooling myself...Here's where I think the problem is...I go through a LOT of coffee mate in a day as well as sweete and low and equal. I probably drink about fifteen cups of decaf a day and into each one goes about 2 tablespoons of coffee-mate and 2 sweet and lows plus an equal.
Somebody please give me encouragement to stay on this!! I/m frustrated and depressed!
