    Hey Guys. I'm in my 2nd week on Induction. I'm here to support and be supported, and I'm really glad that this board exists because you guys always help me with nagging questions, and cool solutions. Thank! I hope I can return the favor as I go along.

      Abs: 850/1900
      Squats: 650/1200
      Lunges: 500/1000
      Strength: 490/1200
      Running: 50/100 km


      2 Years on Atkins.................. President Challenge Medals earned
