    Hello everyone. Hope you are doing well in achieving your weight loss goals. I had a question how much meat and fat should I be eating a day. I lost 10 pounds the first week of Induction I'm on day 3 of week two.

    you should eat until you are "full" but not "stuffed".....eat slowly so you give your stomach time to tell your brain you are full.

    You should strive for 65/30/5 which means 65% fat / 30% protein /and 5% carbohydrate. If you are using a program like www.fitday.com to keep track of what you are eating and see the totals of everything you are eating. Be sure to count net carbs -- that is carb minus fiber equals net carbs.

      Meat and fat are like free foods. Like Carole said, we eat to the point we feel full but not stuffed. welcome, glad you found us and joined
