    Hey Everyone

    I am back again . I have did atkins in the past and lost 20 pounds then gave up and gained everything I had lost. I am now at 252lbs, I am so determined to be healthy and fit . I plan on starting my plan tommorrow and cant wait to see those pounds and inches gone!

      Welcome to ADBB You've found a great group of people, if I do say so myself
      lost 20 pounds then gave up
      Why did you give up last time? You'll read over and over to make sure you READ THE BOOK if you haven't already. The more you know and understand this WOE (Way of Eating) the easier it becomes. Ask questions, and understand you will get the right answers, not the ones you necessarily hope for. Everyone wants you to succeed and will try and help you get there.

        Hi and welcome back to Atkins --

        Congratulations on making the decision to get back on plan! I hope you have the 2002 DANDR (Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution) - it's the edition we follow on this site and as you were told above, the more you know about the plan the better you will do. Exercise, take a no-iron vitamin and drink a minimum of 64 ounces of pure water. Check Linda's recipe site – wonderful recipes that will keep you from eating the same thing over and over --

          What made you give up the last time? Might help to identify it and take steps to correct it before you start this time, then you'll be all set to do this WOE for life.
