    Welcome --

    It sounds like you need to move to OWL and start adding foods slowly back into your menu's. The first rung is 5 net carbs of vegetables - many people start loosing again after they move up. You don't have that much to loose so you should move on. Good luck.

      Have you lost inches though? I had to learn that the hard way, you'll lose inches and not the weight.
