  • Hi! Use to be Chippy1, now Chippy2 ??

Hi again! I recently began Atkins 1/5/10. My name was Chippy1. Well today my husband messed up and couldn't get into our e-mail because he forgot the password so without me knowing he changed our e-mail address and deleted the old one. After trying to remember my password for the Atkins website and failing (I couldn't use the "forgot password" cause I didn't have the correct e-mail address to send it to) so I started a new registration with a new username Chippy2.

As you can tell I am not computer savvy and this was the best thing to think of. I look at this website a couple of times a day and have learned so much from it. Sorry about the confusion! Totally embarrassed !

I think if you want chippy one back you can PM one of the admins (Tom or Kent) and let them reset your pw for you and mail it to your new email address.
    Chippy2 sounds good as well.

        Welcome Chippy!

Plan your meals for a few days so you have everything legal in your home. Linda's recipe site is very helpful with delicious recipes - it will help keep you from eating the same thing over and over -- http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/menus.html.

The 2002 Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution (DANDR) is our guideline here on the board. Eat foods listed on the acceptable food list http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.com/forums/atkins-low-carb-dieting-faqs/6781-what-foods-can-eaten-induction.html, eating a variety of foods and vegetables and count all “net carbs” (carb minus fiber equal net carbs).

Exercise, take a non-iron multivitamin and drink a minimum 64 ounces of pure water (nothing added), daily. If you need anything we try to help each other here as much as possible.
        Carole
