    Hello!

Hi, My name is Tina and this is my second time on Atkins did induction phase @ 5yrs ago and lost 20lbs. Kept most of it off but over the past year I have slowly been gaining, All my own fault. I am so tired of being heavy and feeling more and more unwilling to go places because of that feeling. So, today I have started the induction phase and found this website on accident really, so feeling very possitive about the next two weeks!!!

I live in S. Oregon and have a two children and a husband of almost 16yrs.
We are a active family and love the outdoors.
I am very excited to have found this tool and be able to have the knowledge and support from the people I meet here!

            Re: Hello!

Good luck Tina -- look at Linda's site for great recipe ideas for yourself and your whole family. I'm the only one in our household who follows Atkins but there are several meals everyone enjoys eating and it's nice for me on those nights!! I found it's easiest to plan your meals for a few days so you have everything legal in your home. Here is the link to Linda's site: http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/menus.html.

Make sure you drink a minimum 64 ounces of pure water daily -- more is better but get at least the minimum in -- it will help you feel full and will help purge the nasties out of your system!

            Good luck to you.
