    Hi....
    I just started Atkins on Thursday, well Friday (2/19). I haven't lost any weight yet. Not a single pound. I know that the induction is a minimum of 14 days and I am only on day 5 but it is still a little discouraging.
    Any insight?

    I truly appreciate it.

    Why don't you post everything you've eaten and drank for a couple days...including the amount of each food. Maybe we can find something to help you get on track.

      It's quite helpful to keep a food diary. FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal has a free food diary that tracks what you're eating. Fill out what you've been eating for the past few days, and post your food diary here. You'll have to make it public. On the "Profile" tab scroll to the bottom and select "Public Settings Page". On that page you can select the option to "Make My Journal Public". Then you can copy the link on the top of that page and post it here.
