    Semi retired Cyprus......

    Hi all

    Moved here two years ago from Devon, UK. Work self employed via the internet as a virtual secretary, rest of the time spent enjoying life in the sun.

    Have been doing the Atkins on and off for years but finally got around to it seriously about 2 months ago. Have already lost a half a stone with one and a half to go.... don't do the kilo thing!!

    Anyone is Cyprus, love to hear from you to support each other.

            I'm jealous! The sun, the olives the haloumi cheese squeaking in your mouth for breakfast! Soak up some sun for me, OK? We have seen nothing but rain and gray skies for about a month!
