I started Atkins after the first of this year, having postponed it until I also started back at the gym to start/renew a healthy lifestyle. I was in pretty good shape until my second daughter was born and I stopped exercising almost three years ago (I go to the gym at 5:00 am and stopped to stay home with the family until time for work).
I started at 244 lbs, and now weigh 219 having also added muscle. I am not sure where my target weight will be as I am now fitting into all my "skinny clothes" but figure I still have a ways to go. I am currently in OWL.
