My Title says it all. Every crazy diet that you have or havn't heard of IVE DONE IT. The only thing I havn't tried is Atkins/Low Carb. And I must say, compared to the last diet I was on -ATKINS SOUNDS LIKE PURE HEAVEN- ^_^
I'm 20 years old, 5'5", 180ish lbs O_O. I have been overweight since birth and been packing it on ever since lol. So I guess I'm just a naturally FAT person.
ULTIMATE GOAL IS 135.
On my last diet I got down to 165 but binged like crazy and jumped back up to 180 in a few weeks. TERRIBLE I KNOW.
But I'm not giving up just yet. It really feels like I've spent basically my whole life just trying to lose weight, giving up, binging, starving, and that whole cycle over again. It's pretty vicious and I hate to admit I've probably worn my body out from it. I've recently come to terms with things and I will finally say..I HAVE A MAJOR EATING/FOOD Problem.
Lately I've come to realize that our eating issues are really an addiction! We're no better than the people who are on illegal drugs. The only difference is food is legal. So maybe there should be a law against eating too much LOL.
Yesterday I hit the Wal-Marty
and basically got everything I need to do this diet. Chicken, Tuna, Cheese, Eggs, Jello, Black Olives, Green Olives, Cream Cheese, Sugar Free Mayo, Sugar Free Italian Dressing, etc.
The Doritos in the back aren't mine LOL.



I also got steam-able bags of sweet peas, spinach, celery, cauliflower, broccoli, tomatoes, etc.
I'm starting tomorrow! YAY! OMG Excited!
