      I use those heavy-duty tumblers that are most popular for beer (which I don't drink!). I think it can hold a pint or more.

      And why not "do" ... "try" implies that you don't always manage it.

            Not an Induction food though.
            It's not an Induction food, but on page 129 of DANDR under "Convenience Foods," it says you can use special category foods as long as they're low carb and used in moderation.

            I think that the coconut milk is okay for this purpose, but NOT the LC Atkins bars and other fake foods that are allowed in the 2002 version of the diet.

            Eating them is what caused me to go back to binging on sugar-y foods. I couldn't/can't eat them in "moderation." However, I certainly can and do limit my consumption of the milk to one or two cups a day, and not every day at that.
