Re: Hello Adbb
Sure ask away. We have an induction forum as well as an extended induction forum for those who stay on induction after the first 14 days.
Welcome Joey. Nice to have you here.

Re: Hello Adbb
If sugar has been added - under the list of ingredients - then you skip it. But if it is just on the nutritional label they are just listing the natural sugar in broccoli and there will always be natural sugar in broccoli.

Re: Hello Adbb
Lunch meat is usually super sweet stuff. Lots of sugars added either in the form of sugar or dextrose (which is sugar). So it really best to stay away from it.
There is a company called Boar's Head that make some sugar free stuff so if you can find that you are lucky.

Re: Hello Adbb
Atkins is about "whole, unprocessed" foods. Lunch meat is neither whole nor unprocessed.
I don't eat it very often ... and then I try to buy quality. I try to by nitrate free ... Hormel has a line.
You can also make your own roast turkey and roast beef for meats at lunch.J.
