    Hi I am Kathy and I have type 2 dibetes. I am trying to watch my carbs. While trying to lose alot of weight glad I found this group! Hi everyone!

          Hi Kathy and welcome! You're in a good place for diabetics. Atkins is really good for any blood sugar problems or illnesses.

          Have you read the book yet? You'd find it interesting I'm sure, and it's great to know about the science behind the plan. Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution (DANDR) 2002 edition is the one this board goes by.
