This is my 2nd time on Atkins, first time posting on the boards..I think
I've been a lurker for a while. The first time I tried Atkins, I didn't really weigh myself, which was a mistake, but I do think I lost weight. However, I was not very imaginative with the menu and didn't stick with the WOL the first go-around, so I ended up gaining weight back.
My husband is joining me this time around, he needs to lose about 30 pounds, he has high BP and borderline Diabetes. So I'm hopin this plan works for us. I'd like to lose 15 pounds to get back to where I used to be.
I've printed off some recipes from Linda's Low Carb site, they look yummy so I hope that it all works out. I really enjoy reading the boards and am really motivated by everyone's success!!
