I am excited to be here and to have found this wonderful support site! I first started low carb eating in March '07. My son had just turned 1 and I was anxious to lose the baby weight. It came off easily and went from 158 to 128 (my lowest) and settled right around 135 eating comfortable. I kept it off until May '08 when I got pregnant with my baby born in February '09. She just turned 1 so now I'm determined to get the baby weight off again. This time I started at 162 and 7 days in to induction I'm down to 157. Though I have many mini goals, my biggest is to get back in to my favorite size 6 jeans/capris. I'm guessing that would be around 140 or so but I would love to settle at 135 again. That's where I felt the best.

Congratulations on making the decision to get back on plan! I hope you have the 2002 DANDR (Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution) - it's the edition we follow on this site. Exercise, take a no-iron vitamin and drink a minimum of 64 ounces of pure water.
