    Hi, I was on Atkins but stopped with Xmas and New Years. Bad move on my part. lol But now I'm back on track. I haven't been able to access links or my profile on the Atkins web site for some reason. I'm glad I found this site. I hope to be at my goal weight by end May for my 46th B-day . That will be my gift to myself. Getting back to my old self and staying that way is my goal.

      Exercise, take a no-iron vitamin and drink a minimum of 64 ounces of pure water. Check Linda's recipe site – wonderful recipes that will keep you from eating the same thing over and over --
