    Hello everyone,
    I just finished week 1 of induction and have lost 5 pounds so I think I'm off to a good start. I've been lurking in the forums for the past week and figured it was time to sign up. I really dig the recipes and have tried several.

            Great job -- you don't have much to loose so make sure you move to OWL and start adding foods back after your 2nd week of induction. Good luck!
