Hi So i'm still trying to figure out how to use this site!! I'm super excited to see so many other people doing Atkins!! I thought I was all alone!! Well looking foward to see what the end results will be! Good Luck to all!

I am new as well... I am trying a form of the fat fast after running into problems. I hope you stick with atkins. I love it. I don't feel hungry like so many other diets. Will power is still important. Hang in there... don't think about donuts whatever you do... oopps... I think maybe that is a bad word on this site!!!Comment
