Hello My name is Brian from Minnesota here is my story ,
About 6 or 7 years ago i started on Atkins and loved it I started at 440 at my top and with lots of hard work made it to 280 felt good looked good I do not know when the down fall came but it did over the past 4 years I have piled the weight back on today im back to 440+.
Now its 2010 and I need to make some changes in my life I have started college online I turned 40 and had a health scare with some chest pains but all the tests say im good to live another 60 years.
40 years is a point you look back and see what you have done I have made good choices and bad ones as well.
I blame my weight gain on the world no no wait on McDonald's No no wait ...
ITS ME ALL ME that's who to blame, Be it stress or Family or what ever I made the choice to eat what I ate and I now have to make the choice to lose the weight!
I hope to meet some people and perhaps some support when needed I am a jack of all trades and who knows I may be able to help some of you with something.
Im a great cook and have been turning a wrench on my own streetrods and race cars for ever, I love to garden, work on computers, Ham Radio operator and like I said back in school for IT and web design.
