Hello everyone! Decided to join this forum, my goal is to lose about 10/15 lbs on this diet, after that i will probably go back on low fat plus exercises, just want a quick start with my weight loss
Atkins melt those pounds away!!!
Height - 5'6
Start weight - 155 lbs -March 1
Current weight-150lbs (lost 5lbs)-March 6
First mini goal -140lbs
Second mini goal-130lbs
My GOAL -120lbs
Georgiana is right. If you try Atkins to lose and then switch back to low fat eating you will very likely regain your weight. Read the book and then decide how you want to proceed after you are informed. Not to discourage you, but better to know the facts before making mistakes.
