Hello everyone! I'm going to start the Atkins diet tomorrow and I'm glad I found this site for some support. I'm 5'6" and 208 pounds, 31 years old. I looked and felt great at 150-160 and that is where I would like to be again. I have tried the Atkins before when I was a vegetarian but was not successful. I have started eating meat again so I think I have a better chance of making it work. It is looking like my dad has type 2 diabetes and it is kind of an eye opener for me.
