I am on day 3 of atkins and have lost 2lbs- which I guess is mostly water at this stage- never done atkins or any low carb before- but did loose 126lbs a few years ago on WW.
I had my second child and have put some of that weight back on- managed to loose about 30lbs with lots of exercise (went on slim fast for a few weeks too
) but have about another 30 to go.
I have researched and read the book- but what I am amazed at is how well I feel and I'm not hungry- I have never been on a diet where I don't feel hungry (always have headaches too!) Is this yet to come?!
