    Hello. I came here looking for some information, advice and or support. Really looking forward to reading some of the threads. Hoping to make a change in my lifestyle.

          You might want to put your ticker in your signature, not where you have it.

            Great to see you here! Welcome! Ask any questions you may have. Also check out the FAQ's and a few other "sticky" topics near the top. Those will help you learn the navigation and things like that. I wish you all the best! Also if you want to add the ticker, go to User CP (top left of the blue bars at the top) and click on Edit Signature along the left side of the screen. Then you can paste the information there and it will come up with each post. I hope this helps! (I just thought you could use a little help since you seemed to be having some trouble)

            New to Atkins but not new to dieting and happy I made the switch from lowcal/lowfat to low carb! I am not starving anymore!
