    hey.. and welcome.. and around here.. there's probably no such thing as tmi.. most of us share about everything....

        Push-ups: 450/800
        Abs: 850/1900
        Squats: 650/1200
        Lunges: 500/1000
        Strength: 490/1200
        Running: 50/100 km


        2 Years on Atkins.................. President Challenge Medals earned

          Hi everyone and thanks for the great welcome

          How do I plan on doing it? well... I cant bring myself to step on the scales, I have rough idea of how heavy i am, and would like to lose about 10 dress sizes to start with

          Im on Day 3 of Induction and feeling wonderful, can feel changes already, more energy and some strength in my legs returning or maybe thats just in my head

          I am visiting my parents who live in Italy, and I am so worried about boarding a plane and finding I have to try and squeeze myself into one of those seats or even worse being offered an extension seatbelt, that would just kill me with embarrassment. The only other option I have is drive there, which is doable but will take a few days.

          SO.. by following Atkins, will I end up booking a flight, or taking the losers way to Italy by car. That is the goal, of course I would rather fly, so I am doing all I can to achieve that.

            Well that sounds like a good plan to work towards. So wonderful to have parents in Italy to visit. Sounds wonderful.
            Keep working on it. Follow the plan to a T and it will happen.

              Thanks Liv, I havnt fallen off the Induction yet, i know i know its only day three, but Im loving every minute of it and how it makes me feel. Feeling very positive Im also using my exercise bike, increasing the miles as and when I feel I can, got quite a lot of pain in knees, but since on Atkins it seems to have gotten less.
