  • Hello all! Long-time reader, first-time poster!

Hey everyone! Just wanted to thank you for the great information you've been posting; it's both inspirational and educational! I've already lost 15 lbs (I'm going on my third week of induction). I'll be moving to OWL 1 next Wednesday. I'm currently experiencing a minor stall (I haven't been drinking much water the past few days), but will be back on track today!

    Thanks again!

    Nice work with the 15lbs.
It is very normal to stall a bit around second or third week so you are right on shedule Keep it up.

Thanks a lot! Hope it all works out... a bit worried about OWL 1 as it seems that OWL has a bit less structure than Induction (and structure has been my saving grace)! I will be sure to post some recipes too... made some pretty delicious things this week!

OWL is pretty structured ... you move up the ladder, following the guidelines!

            Love to see your recipes.
OWL is very important. It does allow for more individual preference than induction does and that can be difficult to deal with. But it is also VERY important. If we do not learn to eat sustainable and healthy we have absolutely no chance of keeping the weight off. And all this induction rigor will be for noth. So take the plunge and move up. First round is just more vegetables. And that one is good.
I took OWL very very slow because I wanted to lose and I wanted to make sure I tried out quite a few things. So I spent almost two year on it.

Liv - That's exactly how I feel about it. I will likely take it slow, but with about 35lbs. to go, I think it's the right time to make the shift.

              Thanks for the wisdom!
