    Hi, let me introduce myself. My name is Lauren, and what prompted me on my quest to lose weight was my high cholesterol and triglyceride levels, not to mention my weight, which by the weigh is 100.heavy. As you can guess I should lose about 40 pounds.

    So far the change in eating habits has not been that bad. I've done this before with a lot of success, but just when I think i'm home free and doing well, in comes the chocolate cake, eclairs (all my weakness). This time it's gonna be different (well we can all hope). I am only on the first few days of week one in the induction stage so I can't say anything about my progress.

    Anyway, that's my story, and I'm sticking to it...er I mean the diet that is. Wish me luck and I do the same for you all.
