My name is Ann. I'm 55, female and weigh 250 lbs. I started atkins on February 9, 2010, at which piont I weighed 260. I lost 13 lbs by February 24, and fell off the wagon last Thursday and Friday when my sister became ill.
Now, I'm back on track and able to be strong when personal issues arise.
I walk 5 miles six times a week. I use the Walk at Home dvds.
My thyroid has been removed and I have played heck trying to find a way of eating that will allow weight loss.
I have always craved protein. So, I am enjoying the Atkins way. (yes, I eat my veggies)
I plan on staying on induction for at least a month.
