    New member, induction week 2

    Hi,

I've got a good 60 pounds to lose, already lost 9 of them, though!! I just had a baby 2 months ago, and have lost weight before, but I thought I'd try out Atkins, especially since I've been getting sensitive (yeast issues) to sugar. Here's my before picture:

    Welcome to ADBB!

Congratulations on the baby ... you're not breastfeeding are you?

welcome to ADBB and to Atkins congrats on your baby.

so are you going to move to the OWL phase of Atkins or do an extended induction now that you have shed 15% of your needed to lose weight?

what are you doing besides playing with the baby as your mandatory exercise part of your atkins? you can join our exercise challenge by clicking the link in my siggy if you want.

Just weaned, prior to starting the diet. I've got two other kids I chase around, and I am planning on doing pilates for exercise. I'm not a fan of aerobics.

I'm tempted to stay on Induction, but it's probably not the best idea.
