I am a high school football coach in NC, and I hover around 270. I did a low carb low fat diet in 2006 and lost about 72 lbs in less than 5 months. The diet was so restrictive that when I folded on it, I folded hard. I have gained almost all of my weight back. I will be starting tomorrow, I have had a high carb meal sitting in a slow cooker all day. Plus my last 6 pack in the fridge. I am going shopping after school today so I am prepared. My wife is on board with it.
I have had a few head coaching interviews and I am sure my weight kept me in second place. I need to do this.
