Hello everyone. Came here to introduce myself.
Atkins isn't new to me. At the age of 20 I originally dropped from 199lbs down to 152 and I was able to maintain the weight for quite a while. As recently as July of last year I was 156 lbs but for several reasons I stopped paying attention to what I eat and how much of it I'd eat. I'm 27 now I'm on day 10 of induction. On day two of induction I weighed in at 188lbs
. I'll weigh myself again on the 15th.
This round has been pretty easy, especially since I don't have a 3 thirstbuster a day habit to break this time. And I know my way around a gym now. I've been doing lots of weights, lots of cardio. It feels good to get into the swing of things again.
Since it's itroductions here's a pic of me before the baloon up. I'm on the right.

I'll probably get around to posting some before and after pics when I hit the 6 or 8 week mark. Wish me luck everyone.
